Important: We share only the contact and location information you provide. We do not share any health information because we do not collect any.

  • When you submit information through our physician matching form, you will be asked to check a consent box confirming you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
  • You will also consent to having your contact information shared with healthcare providers

Implied Consent:

  • By using our Website, you consent to the collection of technical information through cookies and analytics tools

4.2 Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by:

Effect of Withdrawal:

  • We will stop processing your information within five (5) business days
  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify healthcare providers who received your information
  • Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
  • We cannot retrieve information already shared with third parties, but we will request its deletion

4.3 Refusal to Provide Information

You may refuse to provide certain information. However, if you do not provide required information (such as your name and contact details), we will be unable to connect you with healthcare providers.


5. DATA RETENTION

5.1 Retention Periods

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:
